A scheduled server migration that will affect websites hosted on our Omega server will occur this weekend. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring performance and long-term stability, we will be migrating all sites on this server to a new and upgraded environment.
Migration Schedule:
London Time: 18:00 on Sunday, 29 September
Sydney Time: 03:00 on Monday, 30 September
During this time, the Omega server will be unavailable for several hours while we perform the final synchronisation between the old and new servers.
Important Notes:
The new server will retain the same IP address and server addresses as the current one, so no changes will be required to your domain settings.
While we aim to minimise downtime, please be aware that your website will experience periods of unavailability during the migration process.
